“Upon checking we were place on the 4th floor after being in the Quality suites we experienced elevator shut down only to be out of service for 3 days of our stay. We were not able to take proper showers due to hot water shortage, the front desk staff seemed to not care about our concerns and choose not to address our concerns. I ask to be moved to another floor. The front desk clerk indicated that he would inform me once the rooms became available he would let me know only to have disappeared……

“Overall I enjoyed my stay. My main issues were with their parking garage. It closed at night and was chained off on both sides so my car was trapped. I had an event that night that I had to walk to due to this. Staff never gave me an explanation for this….. the room was great and the restaurant up top was fantastic. We had an amazing server and used the bar one night too. Bar tender was the nicest lady.
Honestly it would have been 5 stars had they not nearly caused me to miss my event. But……

“We stayed in the cottages, which overlooked the Missouri river and railroad tracks. I enjoyed setting on the deck in the evening watching them. The cottage we stayed in met or exceeded our expectations. We will stay there again. One thing we found out is that most of the restaurants in Herman close on Tuesday and Wednesday so we will not be staying in Hermann on those evenings again. We will come in on Wednesday ( The Tin Mill was open and good on both Tuesday and Wednesday) and leave on……
