“Terrible breakfast. There is no breakfast buffet, their online description is highly deceptive and misleading. There was some lukewarm coffee, a few dry bagels, muffins and toast. No eggs, no links, no bacon… nothing warm. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t even qualify for any breakfast since I didn’t book directly with the hotel. Expedia members don’t count. I also qualified as a VIP guest which they ALSO didn’t honor (no free beverage). Small stuff like that ruins your……

“Veey clean and cozy! Love the cabin, I rated 4 stars as the check in instructions and website should be updated for off season. Our intro text talked about farm animals and then ended with "no animals at this time", same with the dinner Resturant, told to make reservations but then concludes with not available in off season. We were not upset but as constructive feedback to update the info for off season. Again we live the cabin and would happily come back!”

I especially want to highlight the amazing customer service we received at the front desk on 02/28 around 9pm. The young lady who helped us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. She truly set the tone for our stay and made us feel valued as guests. Our room was spotless, smelled fresh, and felt very comfortable. You can tell the hotel takes pride in cleanliness……

“Everything was sufficient. Close to town for walking and enjoying Blowing Rock. Nice firepit gazebo”

“Staff was great. The cabin was terrible. The shower head did not work. The staircase was almost impossible the get up and down from the loft unless you were a skinny 10 year old. The parking is very tight. The last night we were there it was 0 degrees and the heater stopped working. I have stayed in numerous hotels there in Blowing Rock and this was the worst.”
