“The room was spacious enough, but on our first day, the TV wasn't working; we were told this was an issue in all the rooms. When I asked at the reception the next morning, they were completely unaware of the problem but promised to look into it. Naturally, we received no compensation. The TV was indeed fixed on the second day. I had also booked breakfast with the room, but the meal was poor and not worth the price. The selection was very limited, and the portions were far from satisfying.”

“The location of this property and the sleek, modern amenities along with affordable pricing was what drew us to stay here. But it is even better in person! The location is everything; steps from downtown shopping and morning coffee, it was the perfect, quiet, rejuvenating stay in the quaint area of Blowing Rock. Instructions for checking in were super simple and it was a quiet, lovely stay. We will definitely be back again soon!”

“The property is fairly new and the rooms are clean, modern, bright and spacious. The hotel itself is super clean and modern. The kitchen area where they service breakfast is very clean. The breakfast itself was delicious. We were shocked by the options they provide each day which is included as part of your stay. The location is fantastic and if you are able to walk up hills, you can walk to King Street and the town center.”

“We have stayed here several times, but this time the night before the last there was heavy rain, and about 2 in the morning, we heard scratching under the tub, in the wall in the bathroom. Kept us up most of the night. Maybe a rat, raccoon, possum??? We contacted the office, asked if we could check out a day early; we had not slept well the night before. They told us they could move us..did not want to do that we asked if a partial refund could be given. Since the booking was through Expedia,……
