“Terrible breakfast. There is no breakfast buffet, their online description is highly deceptive and misleading. There was some lukewarm coffee, a few dry bagels, muffins and toast. No eggs, no links, no bacon… nothing warm. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t even qualify for any breakfast since I didn’t book directly with the hotel. Expedia members don’t count. I also qualified as a VIP guest which they ALSO didn’t honor (no free beverage). Small stuff like that ruins your……

“Great place to stay in Blowing Rock, best location, walk to all!!! If you’ve been to BR you know parking is a premium! Staff is great too, can’t say enough about this Hotel. Dinners are great as well. We’ve been there before and will be there again… it’s our go to mountain escape!”

“We had an excellent overall experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. I especially want to highlight the amazing customer service we received at the front desk on 02/28 around 9pm. The young lady who helped us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. She truly set the tone for our stay and made us feel valued as guests. Our room was spotless, smelled fresh, and felt very comfortable. You can tell the hotel takes pride in cleanliness……

The parking is very tight. The last night we were there it was 0 degrees and the heater stopped working. I have stayed in numerous hotels there in Blowing Rock and this was the worst.”
