「We had a wonderful time at Bo Phut Resort. The staff were nice, friendly and attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcome. There was direct access to the beach from the resort so very convenient for us whether we want to soak up the sun by the pool or on the beach. We can opt to take the kayak and standing paddle board out to the sea, which was a lot of fun. The resort is tucked away from the main road and very quiet and tranquil. 「作为新春全家出游的选择，poppies基本达到了我们的期许。入住时，房间靠近马路，晚上噪音不少。但James竭尽所能为我们更换了房间，让我们非常感动。酒店的各项设施都很不错。最让我们惊喜的一是酒店的餐厅服务特别是早餐极其出色，二是酒店员工都乐于助人，服务态度都极为优秀，三是酒店整体环境很好，闹中取静，能在苏梅岛日益嘈杂的环境中找到这样一片小屋实属不易。当然也略有不足，一是随着苏梅岛的发展，24间房的差距可是显现，明显前后排的入住体验还是有很大差距的。二是服务还是以欧美标准为主，对于日益增加的中国游客需求可能还没能适应，全店没有会说中文的员工，年夜饭的套餐也不太适合中国客人的需求，明显不如酒店原有套餐吸引人。三是由于接待量有限，有时提出一些要求也无法一时满足，比如只能2人，不能3人同时做按摩等等。不过相信在James的带领下，poppies会保持现有水准，越来越好。」
