“The room was ok, but there was lots of little bugs everywhere. The courtyard entrance had rats and the building up to the apartment looked derelict. There was no instructions for cooker or coffee machine.”

Il mio giudizio negativo è relativo ad un episodio capitato nelle prime ore del mattino, intorno alle 5:30, quando due persone ignote sono venute a bussare con irruenza alla mia porta provocando molto clamore nei confronti miei e della mia ragazza nonché di tutto il piano dato lo spavento. Aprendo la porta, tali individui non volevano farmela richiudere……

“I got the top floor room, so I can’t open the window easily (I was not able to do so) and when it rain, it is really noisy. There is a fully equipped kitchen but no table in the room, so no where to have breakfast. Also, I arrived in the early morning, it was very hard to find, as no sign of the building. I wish the place communicate that it is basically an air b&b and that it is right next to the a gelato cafe. Also, it gave me the code for the room but not the entrance, so I have to get……

“Un appartement encore plus beau que sur les photos,d’une propreté irreprochable.L’immeuble est trés beau et parfaitement situé, dans un quartier trés animé .L’appartement est néanmoins trés calme et très bien équipé.Manque juste un grille pain Le check in est autonome,mais nous,avons disposé de toutescles informations utiles pour acceder à L’appartement. Merci pour le check in avant l’heure indiquée. Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement ”

“The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean and looked just like the photos. Excellent location with plenty of places to eat located around the hotel in the old town. We didnt get to use the spa or gym but on my next visit I will definitely check them out. The staff very nice, helpful, pleasant and full of information. ”

“Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation.”
