「My room is large and comfortable. I found some dust in the air conditioner. Thanks to the hotel for lending me a kettle to have hot drinking water.」

「I had a very nice stay ! The hotel is clean and very comfortable. However, the staff is not the most friendly and didn't bring up my attention on calling taxi cost. The cost is 5 times more expensive than usual and I only know when the taxi driver charged me.」

「I stayed at Tivoli the night before I flew out from Lisbon. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Only a few minutes walk to Oriente station, estimate 15 minutes train ride to the airport. There is also a mall nearby if you’d like to do some shopping. If you need to get to the city center, it’s about half an hour metro ride or take the train to Santa Apolonial around 10 minutes (train runs less frequently compared to metro). 「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」
