Perfect spot for your surfing trip

We were a group of 10 friends, looking for a accomodation for our surfing vacation. The property is about 20minutes from the beach and surf spots are easy to reach. We recommend to visit Ericeira and Lissabon when you are here. Jos was very helpful - he took a trip from Belgium to Portugal when we had some issues with the electricity! Would recommend the property anytime!

My and my family - 10 people total, including 2 children - had a wonderful stay at this place: big space, good conditions, well equiped, great outdoors, wonderful pool. Although it was unfortunate that none of the TVs in the house worked... Thanks you for having us. Kind regards

The house had all the facilities you might need to have a luxury vacation: Swimming pool, pool table, a multimedia setup,WIFI, spacious rooms, decent beds and well equiped bathrooms. Located about 45 minutes drive from Lissabon Airport, in a smal and quiet paesant village, one could easily pass a quiet vacation. Most places worth visiting where at least half an hour drive, supermarket almost 20 minutes away. I would have given it 5 stars if the weather had been better: mostly cold northern wind and misty before noon.

Excellent

La villa est parfaite, toute équipée, joliment décorée. Les pièces sont spacieuses. L aménagement extérieur est génial, vous pourrez profiter d un bon moment dans le salon extérieur, pendant que d autres profiterons de la piscine. La salle de jeu est sympa pour les ados. Le book info réalisé par le propriétaire est super pratique, vous saurez vite quoi faire dans les environs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Belle maison avec un très bel extérieur au calme, très agréable, dans une belle région à proximité de très belles plages. Quelques équipements vieillissants comme les coussins extérieurs, certaines climatisations ne fonctionnaient pas, beau téléviseur mais pas de signal, mais pas de qusouci on a bien profitez

Nous avons passé 2 semaines agréables dans votre location, les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine et de la salle de jeux. Petit désagrément Sèche linge (hors service) étendoir extérieur trop petit pour 10 personnes Télé ne capte aucune chaines (portugaise ni étrangère) Notre séjour s'est très bien passé nous avons pu découvrir un peu plus le Portugal

Molto bello

È stato un bel soggiorno. La casa è grande e accogliente (eravamo 5 adulti e 5 bambini) con locali ampi e ben forniti. La piscina è grande e riscaldata. Anche la sala giochi è stata un plus per i bambini e per gli adulti. Posizione interessante e strategica per raggiungere il mare e altre destinazioni turistiche e meno. Lisbona è a circa 1h di auto.

Valoración de la villa

En general, las instalaciones cumplen con lo descrito en el anuncio, salvo algunos detalles: La secadora estaba fuera de servicio porque solo se puede utilizar en invierno. En nuestro caso el tiempo no nos ha acompañado, muchos días lluviosos con bruma, por lo que hemos echado en falta el poder utilizarla. De la misma manera, la casa solo dispone de un tendedero, lo cual se queda muy escaso para 8 personas. Poco menaje de cocina (platos, trapos, pinzas de la ropa), utensilios de limpieza (aspiradora atascada) y sin sábanas de recambio. Televisión sin poder ver canales analógicos. El día que llegamos ya había hormigas en todas las estancias de la casa. Se comunica a la agencia inmobiliaria, a lo que nos responden que es por dejar comida desatendida. No es cierto, había antes de nuestra llegada incluidos dormitorios y armarios.

Villa très bien conçue

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans la Villa. Nous étions 9 et la maison contient un nombre de pièces suffisant. Les points à améliorer sont : 1-Le réfrigérateur trop petit pour le nombre de personnes que peut contenir la propriété. 2 - Prévoir des casseroles et autres de plus grande capacité 3 - Le sèche linge est mis hors service et l'étendoir qui est à disposition ne convient pas au nombre de personnes pouvant utiliser l'habitation. Ces 3 soucis résolus, je louerai de nouveau cette résidence qui est très agréable à vivre!!! Nous y avons passé de très bons moments :)

Beautiful modern secluded villa

Jos' villa is beautiful, set up really well for families with children of all ages and is really wll equipped. It's up in the hills surrounded by farmland and barely touched by tourism, which we loved, but is rarely more than 30 minutes away from beaches, lagoons, old towns and farmers markets around the area. Jos is an excellent host who responded straight away to any queries we had. The only recommendation we'd make is to replace the sofa bed with a proper bed which would be more comfortable for a 2 week stay, but otherwise, the villa is extremely comfortable and finished to a high quality. We'd highly recommend it!
