The Apartment is located in the historical and cultural neighborhood of Santa Catarina \ Bica, near the River and in the heart of old Lisbon. Situated within walking distance of Chiado and Baixa Pombalina (Downtown), both emblematic and traditional areas of the city and of Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré, which are the top spots in Lisbon for bars, restaurants and iconic, trendy & hip nightlife. It is close to a stop of iconic no. 28 old tram and subway station Chiado.
I totally refurbished this apartment in 2018 in an ancient character building, having a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom, combining traditional charm with high quality finishes.
The bedroom is equipped with a flat 32 "TV screen, with cable TV, furbished with D. John V style furniture and a comfortable mattress. Upon request, I can supply a traveling cot for children under the age of 3 years old (free of charge).
The kitchenette is fully equipped with all major appliances, such as microwave, fridge, induction cooking hob, automatic coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the necessary cooking utensils to prepare any meal, just in case you do not get tempted by the many elegant restaurants in the area.
In addition, you have free Wi-Fi internet and a safety deposit box.
