It's a hostel. When you go inside, there are very strange smells. All night someone was arguing, probably workers live in the hostel. noise from the road.

I had a booking at Come Inn seisembra for tonight 7/29/23 and conditions were deplorable and I could not spend night there with my senior parents. The beds had a blanket as a bottom sheet. Bathroom was disgusting with mold and just awful. 90 degree weather no air conditioner. Expedia should not have this place as a place for visitors to stay. We had to leave bc of conditions and honestly we didn't feel comfortable staying there. We should be refunded because honestly the photos on expedia are false advertisement. We weren’t the only ones who felt this way and expedia user was there and also left because of the conditions. What an awful experience.

lorsque nous sommes arrivés sur place, l'höte n' a pas trouvé notre réservation puis nous a annoncé qu'il y avait un problème de WC donc pas de chambre, le tout par téléphone la personne sur place parlant juste qqs mots d'anglais. nous nous sommes retrouvés sans solution à 17h l'hôte ne nous a pas aidé à trouver une solution de rechange et nous avons dù négocier durant une heure pour qu'il nous rembourse l'intégralité de la somme. de plus l'höte n'a pas été en mesure de nous présenter le livret de réclamation document obligatoire au Portugal, qui permet normalement de notifier les problèmes rencontrés dans un établissement de service

Je ne comprends pas que ce genre d’établissement soit proposé sur ce site Tout est en piteux état C’est une honte de proposer ça à ce prix (presque 180€ pour 2 nuits pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 6 et 3 ans) Quand on prend une chambre à 30€ dans un hôtel pourri on ne vient pas se plaindre puisqu’on sait pourquoi c’est si peu cher, là c’est clairement injustifié. Par chance nous n’avons pas eu à partager nos sanitaires avec les autres personnes qui avait l’air de vivre là à long terme (vu l’état de la cuisine commune, c’est une chance) Pas de clim alors qu’il fait plus de 40 degrés, juste un ventilateur

Lieber im Zelt übernachten.

1. Jemand im Empfang, der nicht richtig portugisiesch oder englisch spricht, ist dort eine Zumutung. 2. Kaputte Möbel überall. 3. Sauberkeit ist schlichtweg nicht vorhanden. Dazu zählt auch schmutzige, mit Blut besudelte Kissen. Decken, die stinken. 5. Nichtmal gratis ist diese Höhle zu empfehlen.
