  • Ground-floor apartment with a terrace and air conditioning in a fully renovated historic building.
    You’re in the heart of Lisbon, just a few steps from two of the city’s most spectacular viewpoints: Nossa Senhora do Monte (80 m) and Miradouro da Graça (300 m). The street has the peaceful atmosphere of a small village, yet all the shops, restaurants, and public transportation are just a short walk away.
    The famous No. 28 tram, which takes you to the main attractions, runs at the end of the street.
    From this hill—the highest in the capital—you can walk to the narrow streets of Alfama, São Jorge Castle...
    Many restaurants await you, offering traditional dishes, seafood, and grilled fish. You can eat in the neighborhood starting at 10 euros per person; we have some great recommendations for you.

The rental was very comfortable and clean, had everything we needed. It was located in a great location as it was as close to shopping,groceries and many restaurants minutes away. Had a great time exploring Lisbon and area.

Quiet location

The apartment is on a quiet street, but very close to the lovely Alfama district and easy to walk to sights. It is very well supplied with everything you need. I would stay here again.

Très bon accueil. L'appartement est parfait, idéalement situé. Bonne literie, cuisine fonctionnelle, petite terrasse bien agréable. Quartier calme et en même temps proche de tous commerces et transports en commun. Parking disponible dans la résidence, un luxe pour Lisbonne. Je recommande.

Great location

My daughter and I loved the neighborhood - quiet and secure yet easily walkable to some good bars/restaurants. Joao was a very attentive host, giving us a personal welcome and overview of the property upon arrival. We had a comfortable stay and would happily rent here again.

We loved Lisboa

Nice property in Graca with plenty of restaurants and bars within 8 minutes of the property. Joao is prompt with his replies and met us to check us in and answer questions.
