A typical apartment right in the centre of one of the most typical neighbourhoods of old Lisbon - Graça. Just next to the famous 28 tram stop, the Castle and two of the best viewpoints of Lisbon (Santa Catarina and Nossa Senhora do Monte).
This charming apartment, totally restored and renewed, hosts 4 people. Equipped kitchen, 1 LCD HD TV with cable and high-speed wireless internet in an excellent location close to the best part of the city!
All the guests have full access to the whole apartment, one bedroom, living room, kitchen and one full bathroom.
I or a friend will be checking you in and welcoming you to the apartments and Lisbon in general!
The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Graça. Take the 28 tram, right next to the apartment, to go to 'Chiado' to do some quality shopping or visit the stunning architecture of 'Baixa'. Walk to the castle - 'Castelo de São Jorge' - and have a drink while enjoying a panoramic view over Lisbon. Enjoy the busy life of Lisbon by day and the exciting nightlife later on. Check the street of Vila Berta, 40 meters away from the apartment, a workers' little village, unique in its style in Lisbon.
Placed in a quiet street, but near the exciting and thriving heart of the city. Enjoy Lisbon at its fullest!
By taxi or Uber it takes about 20 minutes from the airport and costs around € 15.

Complying with the Clean & Safe Stamp by Turismo de Portugal with the guidelines of the General Health Directorate, we commit ourselves not only to the best and most careful cleaning and disinfection of the apartments but also to a series of services that you can enjoy in the comfort of your apartment without taking risks that you think are unnecessary. After seeing the many families, routines, businesses, and local economies destroyed, our focus is to keep everything and everyone working as they have until now, holding the boat amid this great storm and helping to raise our neighbourhood, our city, and our country! Continue to raise the name and quality of Portuguese tourism here and abroad!
Our commitment:
Cleaning - Professional and per the rules of the General Directorate of Health, using not only all the necessary protections (Mask and Gloves) but disinfectant products in the proportions recommended for greater safety for all.
Check-In - Our check-in stays in person so that we can provide all the support that guests need but they will be quick and efficient with all the necessary security equipment. All information will be visible inside the apartment and remotely through our team available 24/7.
Amenities - In addition to our first-day amenities, you will also find first day masks (surgical masks). We also have these and other products available at cost for added security.
Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests did not seem sufficient at this time, so we wanted more and will do our best for your comfort. If you do not want to use the available online tools, Our Fill Your Fridge Service, allows you to arrive with whatever you want in the refrigerator from our local partners and thus avoid unnecessary travel. For more information, contact us. We also have mobility partnerships from the airport and wherever you want in Lisbon and Portugal to streamline and comfort your vacation.
As a welcoming gift, you'll be presented with one of our famous Portuguese wines.
- To make your arrival even more comfortable and safe, we have a partnership with an external shuttles company. For more information, contact us directly!
Arrival between 00:00 and 03:00 are subject to a 40.00EUR late arrival fee.
