A very nice hostel

Staff are very nice, the house is very comfortable. When I come back to Lisbon in the future, I will stay here again. There was a man guest who touched 2 women guests (one is me), and offerred money to ask a third woman guest to be his girlfriend. After we complained to the hostel staff, manager Carol drove him out. After that I extended my stay.

Help yourself hostel has a really late check in at 7pm. When we got there, the room wasn't ready yet. But the staff was very responsive and helped us empty the trash and got us soap, when we asked them. There's a shared kitchen but it's not kept the most clean. Good for a quick one night stay since we had a lot of space for a family of 4. Free easy parking next to the hostel. Kitchen to cook a quick meal. Hostel condition wasn't kept the best with mold in the kitchen and no place to sit in the room so we moved the patio furniture in.

If you love mold, you’ll love it here!

Mold everywhere. You can’t close the bathroom door without smelling a very strong aroma of mold. The beds and floors were clean but the power strips in the room were zip-tied to metal bed posts (what could go wrong). Honestly, if you book here, you will get exactly what you pay for.

This property is poorly managed. It was like staying at a refugee camp. I was in a room with 4 ppl but right outside was a big space with about 50 bunk beds all crammed together. There was only two tiny bathrooms that everyone had to share. The bathrooms were normally really dirty. I arrived at the property and was not allowed to check in until 7 pm. Which I found was a weird check in time for someone flying from a different time zone. Additionally, the furnishings, and the amenities were old and damaged. The locks of both bathroom doors kept falling off. It was definitely the worst hostel I have ever stayed at.

Péssimo lugar! Eu senti nojo de dormir, tomar banho, fazer uma refeição... o mesmo atendente que faz o check-in é o mesmo que limpa o banheiro, tudo muito nojento e sujo! Não quero voltar para este lugar nunca mais! Quando novo é igual nas fotos, mas agora não está assim. Se quiser usar um armário precisa pagar! é um absurdo e caro ! é que posso dar só 1 estrela, mas na verdade seria ZERO ESTRELA

Buenas personas y ambiente es comunitario en la cocina compartes cocina nevera cubiertos utensilios de cocina cada quien que termine de cocinar debe lavar los utensilios de cocina que ha usado, por mi parte he solicitado la suite para mi familia e hijos y perro y estábamos solo sin compartir camas en el mismo cuarto. El baño bien para nosotros en la misma habitación. Lo recomiendo.

De infarto

No recomiendo este hotel a personas normales, las noches son un horror, jaleo y portazos asta pasada la media noche, por parte de la chica recepcionista. Huéspedes que recorren el hotel como locos, nocturna mente con el tiembre en mano buscando recepcionista o a saber que. Tuvimos que comprarnos tapones para los oídos. En la habitacion encuentras una bajera con edredones pero la cama sin hacer. No hay servicio diario de limpieza, ni toallas. Los colchones y almohadas son incomodísimo a, duele todo el cuerpo.Relación calidad precio mala. Pasamos tres noches y desde la primera estábamos deseando marchar.

Hôtel très sale Draps sales Salle de bains très sales, nous n’avons pu prendre la douche Des multiprises qui courent de par tout. Des fils qui pendant de toutes parts. Lampe cassée. Impossible de dormir avec le bruit du train Personnel désagréable. Attention vous couvre des frais annexes que nous avons dû payer uniquement en liquide et impossibilité pour eux de nous communiquer une facture. Des voleurs à fuire tant pour votre porte monnaie que pour votre santé ( je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi sales : mouchoirs sales sous le lit, tâches et cheveux dans les draps, baignoires avec sables et des tâches de salières, fenêtres qui ne ferme pas etc ….)

Don't stay here.

Very bad. Do not stay here if you have other options. I paid ten euros for a locker key deposit, and in the morning nobody would give it back. One person said he couldn't get the money, then they told me that the girl who could get me the money was asleep and wouldn't get up. Now I'm out ten euros.

Ótimo!

A nossa entrada no local foi um pouco turbulenta já que tivemos que esperar mais de 20 minutos para alguém nos atender e depois mais uns 10 minutos para podermos entrar no quarto. O quarto estava impecável e limpo. Banheiro grande e bem equipado. No geral bom para quem esta de passagem.

Slechtste hotel dat ik ooit bezocht

Bij het inchecken hadden we al door dat dit niet ons beste verblijf in Portugal ging zijn. De receptionist rook naar de drank... De frigo rook naar een stort en zag er ook zo uit... Er was heel veel volk aanwezig in de keuken en 's avonds was er steeds heel veel lawaai ( ook door het personeel)... Mails hierover naar het management werden niet beantwoord... Zwembad lag er ook zeer verloederd bij... Kortom : deze plaats is te vermijden (en ik druk mij vriendelijk uit)
