"We liked that it was modern, clean, helpful and professional staff, excellent breakfast with fresh, healthy food and diverse foods. We enjoyed the amazing views from the pool and enjoyed the spa. Beautiful views from the hotel verandas, rooftop restaurant and from the pool. What we didn’t like was the traffic noise especially from motorcycles going by which made sitting on the verandas very noisy. Once we closed the windows it was quiet to sleep. Overall, excellent hotel."

"We stayed at this hotel for a week for a family wedding which took place at a nearby venue, with the welcome event for guests taking place at Eurostars hotel. All the staff at this hotel are amazing! From the reception manager Victor right the way through to reception staff, catering staff and cleaning staff. They are all very friendly and helpful and everything we needed or requested was dealt with extreme efficiency. There were a lot of children in our party and even though the hotel doesn’t have specific play areas or facilities especially for kids, the staff were all so helpful and attentive to their needs etc. What really stood out for us was on the day of the wedding, whilst looking after the young page boy and flower girls and in charge of getting them to the wedding venue. The reception team noticed that all the other guests had left for the wedding in their taxis and ours did not arrive. Reception staff Luz and Erica promptly ordered 2 replacement taxis for all of us but unfortunately there was a delay on the second taxi’s arrival and without hesitation Erica told us she would be driving us herself to the wedding venue and promptly went to the car park and collected her own car to get us to the wedding in time. In the meantime the second taxi arrived so Erica didn’t need to take us in the end. Thank you all again so much for everything. We really appreciated your concern and we all made it just in time to the beautiful wedding."
