Despite the staff in training doing an amazing job and treating my family with kindness, our experience was overshadowed by the rude and condescending attitude of the supervisor (Paulo) overseeing them. This hotel is modern, impeccably maintained, and has a direct view of the Atlantic. The pool area is beautiful. Staff are amazing and the food is wonderful. This hotel provided a restful unwind after a long European tour.
