Cute little hotel in a great location, but not worth the price as there are several drawbacks. Parking is a nightmare, and being on the top floor made moving luggage up and down very challenging. There’s no luggage storage or staff to assist, which would have been very helpful.
The room itself was nice and spacious; however, coffee pods and water were not replenished daily—you have to ask at reception and pay. Towels were not changed, even when left on the shelf after use.
Breakfast was ok. The girl at the front desk was friendly and smiley, but the male staff members were unhelpful and seemed untrained for luxury hotel service. Cleaning and breakfast staff also lacked friendliness, making the overall experience feel like they were doing guests a favor rather than providing service.
Unfortunately, due to these issues, I would not return.
