This was a last minute booking when our flight was changed so we only stayed for one night. We weren't expecting too much after reading the reviews but I have to say it surpassed our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful on reception. We had 2 rooms between our group and both rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is really conveniently located with just a 15 minute walk into the centre so we were able to explore Lisbon while we were there.

I actually couldn't stay at the hotel, when I arrived they informed me at the reception that the hotel was full and that it must have been a mistake. I have been trying to claim back the money I have paid but no success since the hotel didn't provide me with any prove of it. I would.like to get my money back since I paid for a service that I couldn't receive! Please contact the hotel and inform me of the procedure to get a refund!

Kaikki hyvin; 2 viikkoa tuolla asustettiin ja ei mitään suurta ja dramaattista hyvää eikä huonoa sanottavaa. Yhtenä sunnuntaina huonetta ei lainkaan siivottu, mutta ei sekään suuresti haitannut. Erityisesti hintaansa nähden oikein hyvä valinta / vaihtoehto.

Great location. Friendly staff. Lobby nice enough. Breakfast reasonable. The carpet situation in the room was terrible, very frayed. Not sure of cleanliness. The halls smell rank, again probably the old carpets. They absolutely nreed to get rid of them. It looks nice when you see the picture of the lobby, but the rest of the place looks and feels very run down. Bed though vdry comfortable and clsan.

Отель Фламинго. Лиссабон. Отдых.

Очень удобное расположение. От метро Маркиз Помбал 5 минут пешком (но в гору! ). Ресепш работает круглосуточно. Номер был на двоих - не маленький, метров 25. Мебель в хорошем состоянии. В санузле: ванна, умывальник, унитаз и биде. Белье и полотенца регулярно меняли. Клининг хороший. Завтрак без изысков: омлет, ветчина и сыр, хлопья, джем, один вид резанного фрукта : ананас или дыня. Хлеб, мини чибаты, кофе, чай, молоко, апельсиновый напиток и просто вода. Тихая улица, без шума и загруженности транспортом. Рекомендую! Один из работников немного говорит по-русски. Персонал весь приветливый. На такси до аэропорта (выезжали в 5 утра) 15 минут за 8.40€.

bem localizado

Hotel bem localizado mas muito limitado, talvez pela idade. Banheiro e elevador extremamente pequeno, reclamação constante da esposa, tentamos mudar o quarto mas sem sucesso, no fim ou se odeia ou se acostuma, optamos por nos acostumar. O café é simples mas atendeu bem a nossa necessidade, enfim o forte do hotel é a localização, próximo ao metro, ônibus e até a pé, não tenham grandes expectativas. Achei a cama confortável que nos proporcionou boas noites de sonos, também considero válido o almoço no restaurante, acho uma boa refeição por um preço justo.

A very enjoyable place to stay

The service we received from the moment we arrived was excellent. The staff on reception were helpful, informative, friendly and very pleasant. We had an excellent room which actually looked like the pictures on your website pages. The bathroom was a bit cramped and the shower fixture was broken but these were small problems. The bed was very comfortable and there was a minibar for keeping water cool, which was useful. Breakfast was a little unimaginative but here again the service was friendly and efficient and the rolls were fresh. The hotel itself is near a metro station, just down the hill from a superb and reasonable Italian restaurant and near a park. All in all, a good place to stay.

Hotel flamingo was comfortable and clean and located great with bars and restaurants close by, my only problems was the heat of the rooms, mainly because the bathroom was like a Sauna it's very uncomfortable being in there too long especially when the hairdryer is in there too. Another problem was the WI-FI was down for 4 of our 5 day stay, of course this is not the fault of the hotel but we would have liked to be compensated in some way for using our personal DATA on our mobiles.
