Breakfast was good. Good value for the price. Room is small for a couple and not much privacy for a translucent glass bathroom so best for couples. TV also was offline for some time so wasn't able to watch TV at times. It kept asking to update it but with a universal remote unable to do so. Bedding and pillows were good. Location is optimal overall it was good. AC is good and quiet considering the area.

I stayed at this hotel for one night during a long layover in Lisbon and chose it primarily because of its excellent location near several luxury designer stores and shopping areas. For that purpose, the location was fantastic and very convenient. Front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. The room was on the smaller side, but it had the essentials needed for a short stay. One thing I did notice was that there was no in-room safe, which may be important for travelers carrying valuables. Breakfast was good overall, with a nice selection available. However, there was signage indicating that items such as scrambled eggs and omelets could be ordered, but there didn’t seem to be anyone available to ask, so I wasn’t able to take advantage of those options. The main drawback was the noise level. My room was located near the reception area and was the first room down the hallway. Starting around 6:15 a.m., I could hear people moving about and activity in the corridor, which made it difficult to continue sleeping. If you’re a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing earplugs just in case, as your experience may depend on your room location. Overall, the hotel served its purpose well for a short stay, especially because of its convenient location, good breakfast, and helpful amenities. With a quieter room assignment, my experience would have been even better.

Great hotel apart for one thing!

Great little hotel, great location, clean, confortable, nice staff and good value. The only reason i don't give it 5 stars is because there is no safe in the room. I understand that because its a 3 star hotel they don't need to put one in but it is short sighted by the brand. If you are visiting a city and you have valuables such as a passport, you don't want to be carrying it that around all do. Really silly not to have.

We really liked the location of the hotel, with it being very central and walkable to many attractions, shops and parks. However, be aware the walls are very thin so if guests in neighbouring rooms have an early start - you do too! Showers and bathrooms share walls, so resting in the morning was not an option.

The hotel is very nice with updated It grts going about rooms. All of the staff I interacted with were exceptional; they were helpful, pleasant & professional. 2 things to note: There is a bar/nightclub right across the street. Breakfast is not worth 10 euros.
