A wonderful stay in the heart of Lisbon. The location couldn't be better — walking distance to Chiado, Baixa, and the trams, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay, and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast was a nice touch to start the day. Only minor note is that street noise can be noticeable with windows open, given the central location — but that's a small trade-off for how convenient it is. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be right in the middle of everything Lisbon has to offer.

This is a charming old world boutique hotel, centrally located in Rossio Square. The lobby/breakfast room has big sunny windows, comfy furniture and a bar. The buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious, and servers brought fresh coffee and pastel pastries to start. Staff was friendly and very helpful at the desk. Our room had a window with small veranda that opened over the square to beautiful views and access to talented musicians at the cafes below us. Many good restaurants close by. My one complaint was the accessibility of a shower or bath in a raised tub, easy for me but not my husband.

The hotel is well located, clean, pretty good breakfast and has excellent staff. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. There are stairs to climb to reach the lobby, which is located on the second floor. The room door locks feel very insecure, similar to the basic locks used on bedroom doors in a private home. Additionally, the in-room safe does not have a lock, raising concerns about the security of guests’ belongings.

It is in the perfect location in Rossi square. The staff were kind and accommodating. The hotel is simple elegance. Nice appointed furnishings. The room was large with an excellent view of the city. The main area had many smaller areas to lounge, eat and a balcony to sit and sip a coffee. Breakfast was proper with eggs and bacon and selection of meats and bread. We had to leave early our last day for a flight and could not attend the breakfast so they provided a helpful practical care box of little sandwiches and drinks. It was truly a lovely place and I would book again.
