My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is comfortable, in a very convenient location, walking distance to old town, with car parking just next to the hotel and delicious breakfast. Lovely hotel. Extremely friendly helpful staff. Loved the welcome drink of White Port and the Portuguese cookie. We had a Suite which was lovely and spacious. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was cooked to order and was lovely. Nice touch to have bubbly available. Yes the hotel is on a hill but wasn't too severe and ocne at the top, the area was lovely.

The staff at Hotel Principe were so warm and welcoming and helpful, a highlight. We loved the location , botanical gardens nearby , restaurants etc. the hotel is immaculate. And breakfast every am in the dining room was delicious. Fresh squeeezed ok delivered to your table , wonder coffee and hot milk , fresh fruits cut up and you can order many things from the menu. Our breakfast lasted us the whole day. Comfortable beds , ma plenty of hot water ! We will definitely be coming back !

Decent location up from the main Ave, so close to all transit and walking distance to many restaurants. Little far from the water and main square, but sill walkable. Beds are not good with coil springs and not comfortable. No fan in the bathroom which caused very humid in room conditions. Room size was great, but our aircon was just forced air, so be sure to ask for fully functional AC, especially in summer! Breakfast was great to your order preference and the staff at check in and breakfast were all very polite and professional.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days and I loved staying here! It is located in a nice quiet area that is just around the corner from a beautiful park and a 5 minute walk to either the main avenue or the Chiado neighborhood restaurants, shops and bars. Every morning I had cooked to order breakfast and a choice of delicious pastries and fresh juices. The staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to suggestions of things to see or experience. The room I stayed in was wonderful, very spacious with a magnificent view of the city and a comfortable bed. When I return to Lisbon, Portugal I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location to access the new and Autos within a few minutes walk It’s a city centre , so streets are quite narrow and parking can be a challenge The manager and receptionist were excellent and accommodated our requests and were so helpful and friendly- the staff are a real asset and the service stood out. There is some renovation work ongoing in the area but this did not disturb our stay Overall a great value, excellent service and good location hotel for Lisbon

O hitel é sumpatico.os funvionarios educados e o czfe da manha fredco e muito bom. No entanto a acomodação oferecida foi pessima. Relatei que eramos duas senhoras idosas.
