Excellent location in Lisbon, central for all areas and transportation. Staff are all helpful, friendly and efficient. Room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was lovely, with the option of freshly made omelette which was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning was excellent. The staff were kind and helpful. The location could not be better! In the center of Baixa and walkable to everything! The creative art details all around the hotel was wonderful! Bedding, room, shower…all fabulous! Highly recommend staying here and would love to stay again. Obrigado!!!

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even better. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast was okay, but nothing particularly special. The rooms are quite small, which is typical of European-style hotels, so if you prefer more space, I would recommend booking a suite. The hotel also has an elevator, which is very convenient, and a restaurant downstairs. Overall, a great location with wonderful staff and a convenient place to stay!

Very good location, walking distance to a lot of must sees. Nice staff in particular Pedro & Rita. Air conditioning is good, not the usual climate controlled thing. Food at the hotel restaurant was good. We had most of our meals there in our 3-day stay.
