Fab weekend stay

Once inside the building the entrance is very smart with a marble floor and a sweeping staircase. The apartment was light and had a sitting area with kitchenette, a separate double bedroom and a shower room.The location of the apartment is superb being central to some of the main sights and close to Rossio metro station with lots of good places to eat and drink in the vicinity.The street leading up to the building is quite steep so not suitable for everyone I was suggest.

Wir sind zufrieden. Mit wenigen Verbesserungen wäre die Note "Perfekt" erreichbar.

Positiv:Lage Umgebung, Kommunikation mit Vermieter, Genauigkeit des InseratsVerbesserungen erwünscht, das Wesentliche:- Mehr Kleiderhaken sind nötig, speziell im Badezimmer/WC sind es aktuell 0 (April 2025) - für Badetücher, Handtücher, Kleidung.- "Online Check-In" beim Vermieter bedeutet: Sie akzeptieren "Terms and Conditions", das Dokument ist 26 Seiten lang.Meine Erwartung ist: Die "Conditions" beim Vermieter und beim Buchungsportal müssen identisch oder ähnlich sein.Ansonsten muss der Gast z.B. den Abschnitt "Cancellation" analysieren - ggf. anders als bei der Buchung akzeptiert.

Logement bien placé mais problèmes dès l'arrivée

Points positifs : le logements correspond à l'annonce, et il est en plein coeur de Lisbonne. Plusieurs ombres au tableau cependant : - Nous avions louer 4 nuits dans l'appartement 12, nous apprenons le jour de notre départ que nous serons déplacer dans l'appartement 11, certes similaire, mais seulement pour 3 nuits, nous obligeant le 4e jour à attendre l'équipe de ménage pour faire un "deuxième check in" et déplacer nos affaires (nous avons finalement pu laisser nos valises dans la chambre et partir sans attendre l'équipe de ménage). - Le check in s'est très mal passé, nous arrivions tard à l'appartement, que nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir car nous avions reçu le mauvais code de porte ... nous avons dû trouver une chambre ailleurs pour notre première nuits ( à minuit, beaucoup d'hôtels sont complet, ce ne fut pas une mince affaire...) Heureusement après explications au téléphone le lendemain nous avons pu nous faire rembourser la première nuit, ce qui me semble être le stricte minimum.- Nous avons aussi eu droit à des travaux collés à notre fenêtre. Toute l'impasse est en train d 'être refaite, je pense que ces travaux vont durer encore un moment, pensez peut être à vous renseigner à ce niveau là. - Enfin, nous avons aussi eu une coupure d'eau vers 18h, pas de chance une fois plus, au moment ou nous voulions nous doucher ... On aurait aimé être averti en amont. Malgré tout, le SAV est reactif si vous les appelez dans les heures d'ouvertures, et le logement est propre.
