The LV Premier Chiado Apartments CH5 is a comfortable 3-bedroom apartment on Rua do Carmo, in the center of Lisbon. Air conditioning, heating, and high-quality bed linens/towels. Fully equipped kitchen. Views of the Carmo Ruins and Santa Justa Elevator. A few minutes from Lisbon's main attractions, including restaurants and bars in Bairro Alto, historic sites, and shops. Several LVpremier apartments in the building.LV Premier Chiado Apartments CH5 was recently renovated, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, small but very functional. It features a modern and comfortable style, perfect for a family or group of up to 7 people (6 of which sleep in the bedrooms and 1 on a sofa). With a spacious and bright living room, with a fully equipped kitchenette, which leads to the bedrooms and bathroom area, this accommodation provides privacy, but invites interaction in common areas. Like its sibling apartments, the LV Premier Chiado CH5 has very high ceilings and large windows facing the pedestrian Rua do Carmo, Armazéns do Chiado and Santa Justa elevator, or the Carmo Convent Museum and ruins right in front. With an incomparable location, easy access to all amenities, restaurants, attractions, theaters and shops, the CH5 is another of the sought-after apartments by LV Premier. In addition to the 2 elevators in the building, the apartments are equipped with air conditioning, heating and double-glazed windows.Please note: Check-in between 10 PM and 8 AM - 60 euros additional charge. Stays longer than 9 nights include weekly cleaning. Apartment located on a pedestrian street, and the closest point a car can reach is 50 meters from the entrance. Located in an ideal central lication

This 3-bedroom 2 bath apartment was in the midst of the Chiado neighborhood, walkable to many sites of interest, and walkable to Rossio railway station (trains to Sintra) and to Cais do Sodre (trains to Cascais), also to the TimeOut Market. The Largo do Carmichael and Santa Justa Lift are nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this central neighborhood, an excellent base for exploring with many fine restaurants nearby.

Great Location

Great location in Lisbon. We were able to easily locate the villa based off the property managers instructions and checkin was made easy. Lots to do and see in the area. The apartment was very clean and there was plenty of space for our family, adult trip, of 6. There is no parking offered but we found a parking garage that’s only a 5 minute walk from the apartment and it worked out great for us. Overall great stay in Lisbon!.

Lisbon Arts District

The property is lovely, right in the middle of the Arts District. The host graciously left coffee, milk, and a bottle of wine. It was very much appreciated. One great amenity is that the condo has a full-sized washer and a separate dryer which is not often the case. The condo was also quiet considering the busy area. We were initially concerned about parking, but there is a public 24-hour parking garage quite close to the building. We enjoyed our short stay there.

Ideal location and excellent accommodations

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a large refrigerator and fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and 3 king beds. The elevators made it easy to get to and from the ground level. Turn right onto the street and turn into the little staircase beside the building and take the stairs up to the top of the Junta Elevator! Or walk around the corner to find high quality street performances at night while enjoying a drink at one of the cafes. Very walkable area, close to the tram, taxis, and tuk-tuks. We were very pleased with this apartment!

Nice location. Walking distance to Rossio station and proximity to the shore. Lots of shopping and dining options. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed with 6 adults including 2 elders. Lift helpful for access.

Great property and location!

This apartment was perfectly located with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely come back. We like to walk and we were in the perfect location to walk and explore. Great Location, Helpful Staff

We loved our time at the apartment. It was a perfect spot to stay, room for everyone and close to everything. Ana was so helpful, even arranging our transportation from the airport for us. We would definitely stay there again!

Ideal Location and Enough Room for 7

We loved this crisp, clean apt with high ceilings, large windows, and comfortable beds. The location was ideal with easy access to many shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff was most helpful and welcoming. The bathroom fixtures needed some work (door did not lock and shower door did not close fully) but we would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Perfect Location

The apartment was in a perfect location. We took the metro from the airport and had a bit of trouble locating it because our map did not include the street- which is a pedestrian only street. The place was safe, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and out was very efficient. We were able to store our luggage with them prior to check-in. Highly recommend.

Easy spot

Very easy to get to, well decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed (just had to replace the broken wine opener). Beds were super comfy which is important for me. Note that two of the bedrooms are right on the street side & it is a LIVELY street - LOTS of sounds during the day and night. Two window panes & then the inside shutters help with that but I did sleep with earplugs. Bathrooms are next to each other & the toilet is elevated, I'm sure due to plumbing. Different for those from the US. Not a problem, just different! Great showers, if small. Good water pressure & lots of hot water. Awesome view out the back bedroom of an old church. Front bedrooms are of the street, which is mostly retail - H&M, Zara Home, bums, etc. Easy to walk everywhere from here, really liked the location, near a subway stop. Can't remember hostesses name, but she was charming & explained most everything well.

Great location. Modern and clean

Maria was accommodating to meet us at a check-in time convenient for us. She offered all kinds of siteseeing tips and advice. The apt was comfortable and spacious for six adults. One a/c was not working and Maria apologized bc she thought a technician had fixed it. The only other complaint was one bathroom had a sewer smell, but I suppose it’s to be expected with a very old building. Otherwise the apt was modern and clean. The location was perfect for exploring and shopping. A highlight of our stay was walking down to the huge square by the river to watch World Cup on the giant screen with thousands of fans! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

We were completely impressed with this property. It is in a PRIME location, arguably the best street in Lisbon! Yet still, it was very quiet and very comfortable. The bedding and towels were of high quality and the A/C works very well. I would choose to stay here every time!

Very nice apartment in a great location

The apartment is very pretty, new, and comfortable. The master bedroom view of the Monastery of Carmo is breathtaking. The windows overlook a fun street in the fancy Chiado district. We were able to walk to the city center, the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. We were also very close to the train and bus station which was convenient when we went to Sintra.
