Disappointed!!!!

Very disappointed! 房間內基本上是沒有窗戶的，令到房間有點焗跟潮濕。而室內只有一把快壞掉的風扇，完全感受不到空氣的流通。酒店的退房時間為12h，但清潔人員三番四次擅自用後備鎖匙開門，總共開了三次的門，完全感受不到有私人空間。最後是有關行李寄存，客人不能寄存行李在此酒店，而是要坐車到別的酒店寄存。十分不方便！ Very disappointed! The room is basically without windows, making the room a bit sloppy and damp. There is only one fan that is almost broken in the room, and that’s made no air circulation. The check-out time of the hotel was 12h, but the cleaning staff opened the door with the backup key and the door was opened three times in total, there was no private space at all. Finally, regarding luggage storage, guests cannot store their luggage at this hotel, they need us to take a bus to another hotel to keep their. Very inconvenient!

This is a little gem of a place in the Cais de Sodré area of Lisbon. In the centre of classic lanes and staircases, it is perfect for wandering or for getting around by train or tram. The owners are fantastic and looked after us so brilliantly. If you want simple, classic Lisbon, this is a must!

This was, without a doubt, the worst night I’ve ever had in any accommodation. First of all, the room we booked was not the room we got. The bed was broken in the middle, making it impossible to sleep comfortably—not that we got any sleep anyway, thanks to what happened next. Around 1 AM, a man upstairs started screaming like a lunatic. He kept this up for over two hours, banging on doors as if he was trying to break in. It was absolutely terrifying. I didn’t dare to leave my room because I didn’t feel safe. The lights in the building kept going on and off, doors slammed repeatedly, and the whole situation felt completely out of control. At 3 AM, I was seriously considering leaving for a hotel instead. When we informed the hosts, their response was far from reassuring. If you're looking for a safe and peaceful stay where you actually get what you booked, stay far away from this place.

Great Location...but be warned...

Plus side, its in a great location for bars, restaurants and exploring. Thoughtful touches (fridge, heater)..Downside is we experienced issues with power failure, street noise and interior fittings. The suite only has one window which is the front door and all who pass can see in as it is on street level.

Mini apartamento con encanto en zona historica

Nada mal la experiencia, había leido algunas quejas y estaba en duda, pero no las confirmo. Si es cierto que el acceso tiene unas escaleras algo complicadas de subir, pero esto es algo normal en las casas pombalinas del casco antiguo de Lisboa. Si te quieres hospedar en el centro pues ten en cuenta que no hay ascensores, escaleras muy pronunciadas, la estructura es de madera y el suelo irregular... todo absolutamente normal en esta zona. Si esto no te gusta pues reserva en un hotel moderno. Tiene mucho encanto y la habitacion perfectamente limpia y decorada, con zona de lavadora y secadora para ropa. Situada en una zona inmejorable, todo bien!

Appartamento piccolo, situato in una zona abbastanza vicina al centro ma in un quartiere non proprio dei migliori. Ci hanno dato un appartamento diverso da quello prenotato, senza finestre e con la porta che dava direttamente sulla strada con una semplice serratura a scatto. I rumori sono onnipresente anche per il fatto che ci sono locali tutto intorno. C’e Una forte umidità e solo un ventilatore senza aria condizionata. La colazione compresa nel prezzo si è rivelata deludente ( prodotti come formaggio e prosciutto confezionati e qualche prodotto come pane e marmellate). Non lo consiglierei anche per il prezzo comunque elevato

Good value, poor communication.

My stay at Lisbon Inn Bica Suites started really badly. I called to say I had arrived and could I get keys to the apartment only to be told that I had the wrong number. None of the numbers I was given from this guy answered, eventually the guy took my number and got them to call me. They said they would be with me in 10 minutes which ended up being 30, and I tried to call and text them because my phone was dying and they rejected my calls. At this stage I had been waiting an hour outside the apartment. When I got to the room they said I needed to pay a cleaning fee which was never mentioned on my booking. After 25 minutes of the guy calling his office and reading the emails I received he accepted that I would not be paying it. The guy was actually really friendly and done his best to help me. Perhaps it was a once off and I hope they have now updated the contact information on bookings. But I would advise anyone staying here to ensure they have all up to date contact details and arrangements made before going and read the fine print carefully. I hope that communication improves as this apartment was nice for the price paid. The apartment was exactly what I'd wanted, a budget-friendly but private room. I was not troubled at all during my stay. The location is perfect and within walking distance of everything. The room itself was quite old but clean and comfortable. Be prepared for steep/dangerous steps lol. The breakfast was very cheap. Overall a decent place to stay.

BEWARE: Required 20 Euro cleaning fee NOT included

Check in is not convenient as there is no front desk so you have to have a set arrival time or go to a somewhat inconvenient off site location. Was told when I got my key that there is a city tax due which I knew about. But was also told there is a required 20 Euro cleaning fee (I stayed for 1 night) which is NOT listed anywhere on the Hotels.com website. However it does list that housekeeping is included. Keep this in mind when booking. I would have gladly paid another 20 Euro...to stay in a different hotel. I refused to pay the cleaning fee.

Excelente estadía

Nos dieron un upgrade al Lisboa in lapa. Bien ubicado a mitad de camino entre el centro y Belem. Buen desayuno. Camas cómodas y muy limpio. La sra. Teresa muy amable a pesar de que se organizó un transfer que nunca llegó (nos cobraban 10euros por persona y el taxi para 3 salió 12 euros, así que no vale la pena a menos que sea gratis).

A localização do hotel é muito boa, no centro e próximo à estação de metrô e trem. O hotel tem péssimo acesso para quem chega com bagagem. São 3 lances de escadas bem precários, tornando a chegada e saída bem complicada com as malas. O quarto é muito pequeno, precário, e o conforto da cama ruim. Mas o que mais incomodou foi o barulho feito pelos funcionários na parte da manhã. Ouve-se tudo que fazem pelos corredores, e não respeitavam a privacidade dos hóspedes, batendo na porta para qualquer motivo. Bem desagradável.

Habitación estupenda, decorada con mucho gusto , muy limpia, cama cómoda y extra grande, desayuno diario en la habitación muy completo. Localización céntrica, bien comunicado. Amabilidad extrema de los propietarios, que te ayudan en lo que pueden, nos guardaron las maletas todo el día sin problema y hablan español perfecto. Si volvemos a Lisboa repetiremos seguro.
