Loveliest hotel. Staff were all friendly, particularly the bar staff on the rooftop. I like the option of opting out of room cleaning and saving the cleaning products used as well as the washing for things like towels. Breakfast was lovely, a small dinning room butbtje ladies their made it work. Great location, walking to some lovely resturants and bars nearby. Very convenient to have a grocery store in the basement of the building.

The hotel is ok. Definitely located in one of the top neighborhoods. However, the hotel needs some remodeling and fixing. Also; the nicest areas are the front desk and the rooftop.

Truly a superb example of Marriott service in the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us secure temporary items we needed after Iberia delayed our bags. Good food in both the breakfast area and the upstairs terrace.

Great hotel in a upmarket location on the Liberty Avenue. Staff were very helpful and attentive throughout. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice. Shower is very powerful and bed is extremely comfortable. We had a room without a view but didn’t really bother us as we were out exploring the city. Bit too cool for using the pool but shame the rooftop bar wasn’t open yet. It would have been open the week after our stay though. Overall highly recommend this hotel.

This Hotel is a great value option in the City Center of Lisbon. The Rooftop bar is a great place to enjoy a drink at night and enjoy the view of the City. We truly enjoyed our stay and the size of the rooms are generous, when compared to other Boutique Hotels.

The staff (especially Mr. Nicholas) were very helpful. The location was perfect, breakfast was great with a wide variety to chose from, room was clean. I would have given 5 stars had there not been an issue with our first room and they had to move us to another room. Otherwise. I’d stay at NH Collection again.
