Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Isabel. L'appartement est bien situé dans le centre de Lisbonne et proche des commodités, fonctionnel et très pratique pour une famille. Le petit jardinet est également bien agréable pour profiter du soleil et de l'air frais. Un grand merci à Isabel !

Appartement nickel, très bien entretenu et possédant tout le nécessaire, idéal pour voyage en couple (possibilité de loger à 4 grâce au canapé dans le salon, mais ça doit être un peu serré). Idéalement situé (à moins de 15 minutes à pied de la placa de Rossio, et à moins de 5 minutes du métro). Isabel est à votre écoute et répond à toutes vos questions très rapidement, vous donne de bonnes adresses, des infos. Vraiment sympa. Vraiment parfait.

NOT Satisfactory

We are not happy with our rental in Lisbon. The absentee owner has her sister and parents play host. The studio apartment has NO windows, just a door to the garden that must be closed and shuttered at night. The air conditioner (a window unit) does not work. The bathroom/shower curtain stank of urine. The futon was so used that we rolled into the center. The garden is over-grown with weeds and covered in pigeon droppings and not at all inviting or attractive. The chairs for the outside table are in significant disrepair. The plastic webbing on the seats is shredded. There is no shower. Just a bathtub with a hand shower without a hook to hang it on. We have stayed in MANY VRBO rentals. The owner always left a notebook with instructions on how to use the appliances/electronics. The owner left nothing. The Lisbon Guide book was published in 1997 and is in Portuguese. What about tourist who only speak other languages? We did not use the any appliances - the washing machine for example, because there were no instructions. All the products were labeled in Portuguese, which is understandable - BUT- we could not tell what was dish soap and what was a caustic cleaning product. The liquid soap container in the bathroom and kitchen were empty and there was hardly any toilet paper. Also, the place is much smaller that described because the front room is locked. DO NOT rent this apartment - we are very sorry that we did rent it. The owner did not use the VRBO payment. We had to pay in cash when we arrived. There must be better places in Lisbon.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement d'Isabelle. Il est conforme aux photos et à la description donnée. De plus des dépliants pour visiter la ville nous attendait, ainsi que plein de petites attention. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cet appartement !

Very calm honeaway appartment

Very quiet environment but so well located most of tourist location walkable from the apt. The outdoor garden is refreshing & help me spent my vacation in a big noisy city. Luckily the surroundings of the apt. is quiet as this city has a lots of major reconstruction in the main downtown area. Lisboa has its charms, and a visit to Sintra is a most while staying in Lisboa.
