We stayed here for three nights while in Lisbon! I cannot say anything negative, the location was perfect, the staff was very friendly and even let us check in early since our flight arrived in the morning. The views over the city were amazing, and the breakfast was filling and fresh. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone that visits Lisbon and wants to stay in a quiet section that’s a little off the beaten track.

We had a junior suite so the room was pretty large and comfortable. The property is well maintained, quiet, and near several restaurants. The staff was very helpful and gave a couple of good recommendations. The breakfast was ok but the wifi was bit spotty at times. The only real issue was that the hotel is located on a private street. So, ubers have to drop you off about a block away. If you have a lot of luggage or have some mobility issues, that can be pretty inconvenient.

Rooms were very clean and tidy. Hallway carpeting needs cleaning. Location of hotel doesn’t allow taxis or Uber to drive to front door so you need to be prepared to walk your luggage on a rocky road for 5 mins uphill.
