This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment has beautiful views over the typical Portuguese style villas and rooftops from every room. Enjoy sea views from the master bedroom, watch the clouds rolling over the beautiful Sintra mountains in the second or wake up and roll out to the balcony from the third and enjoy the morning sun while watching the sun rise over the bay. The final bedroom, privately tucked away in its own studio space, boasts views over the Sintra mountains with its own private bathroom, kitchenette, dining and seating area.

Getting Around:
Located in the heart of Estoril, the property is well-served by public transport. The Estoril Train Station is just a 12-minute walk away, offering easy access to Lisbon and the coastal towns along the way. Several bus stops are also nearby, providing convenient routes to explore Estoril and its surrounding areas. For those who prefer driving, the A5 motorway is within easy reach, allowing for quick trips to Lisbon and Cascais. Cyclists will find dedicated bike paths that lead to scenic spots and key local attractions.

Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.
If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed.

Tourist Tax:
Local municipalities have introduced a Tourist Tax, requiring hosts to collect from tourists staying in accommodations such as hotels, B&Bs, or vacation rentals. * Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise.
* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of our agreement with our owners.

We are always available but we also want you, as our guest to enjoy your own privacy, get to know your surroundings on your own, however we are just a call, a text or a visit away!
