Spacious and clean design apartment in the heart of Praça das Flores. Two bedrooms, wifi and TV.



Situated in the heart of Praça das Flores this nice and spacious apartment has all to make your Lisbon visit an unforgetable one. The apartment entrance is from Praça das Flores and it offers a nive view over that square from the living and dining room. The apartment offers a big living room where you can relax and watch TV that conects with the dining room with a big table and 6 chairs.

One bedroom has a double bed and the other offers two single beds that you can keep separate or put together.

The bathroom is modern, stylish and features a bath tub with an advanced shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that allows you to prepare your own meals. It has a washing machine and dish washer machine.

The apartment faces Praça das Flores, offering two small balconies with views to the square. Ideally located in a peacefull area, you can rest without any disturbance and you also are at walking minutes from the main night spots in Lisbon.

We were very disappointed for two main reasons: First, it is VERY LOUD! The apartment is on the second floor (third floor if counting the entrance floor) and sits adjacent to two bars. Both bars are mostly store fronts selling drinks to the people who mill about (good naturedly, but rather loudly) in the square beneath the apartment from about 21:00 until 2:00. The apartment is not sound-proofed for this kind of noise and this makes the main bedroom largely unusable. The second issue is that the apartment smelled of sewage (especially in the back) when we arrived, and on and off throughout our stay. We were told that this was due to the rain, to flush the toilet a few times, and to put the plug in the bathtub drain. Neither of these two main issues were disclosed or readily apparent from the comments we read. Had we known about either issue, but especially the noise, we would have rented from another source or stayed in a hotel.The apartment is a bit run down and could use some sprucing up (new paint, and a top to bottom cleaning).Check in was a breeze with photos, and communications with the host were excellent. Praca das Flores is, itself, lovely and a great location for exploring Lisbon.

The apartment has a lovely view over the small leafy square with its good restaurants. Convenient location. Small supermarket next door, local bus outside. Main bedroom, double bed rather small. Manager slow to respond to one equipment failure. Facilities ok, accessibility fine. Cool in the heat, it worked for us.

Friends weekend away

What a fantastic City. The location of this property is perfect. It not in the main touristy part but this makes it even better. The square is surrounded by fantastic bars and eating places and it was a wonderful district to explore. You can easily wander down through the streets to the Alfama or Barrio Alto regions or you can hop on one of the many buses right out side the apartment. Laura the host was very accommodating and her communication was quick and clear. The payment was comfortable and had everything that we needed. All in all a great stay to a truely wonderful city. The Portuguese people are so friendly and welcoming. The trams are amazing and the taxi very cheap.

Great location, nice apartment

Nice and spacious apartment in a fantastic central location in trendy Principe Real. Reasonably equipped kitchen. The queen mattress and pull-out couch are definitely due for a refresh, but otherwise the apartment was good. Since this is on a very busy square full of bars and restaurants it can be quite noisy at night if that's an issue for you.

Good neighborhood with many nearby amenities. Bus stop in front of apartment provided easy access to all of Lisbon. Second story apartment is in an older, traditional Portuguese urban building. The stairs may be challenging to older people. That said, we enjoyed our visit in Lisbon very much.

Amazing Stay

We had a lovely stay a few weeks ago. Laura, the property manager, couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. The apartment is on a beautiful square, close to the centre and met our needs perfectly. We hope to be back soon!

Spacious, great location

Nice location, very convenient near a lovely square. the apartment could use a bit of maintenance. the manager is very responsive but overwhelmed. This is not a very welcoming place. instead of instructions on how to enjoy our stay, we only had rules, such as if we damage the towels (which are already tired) there is a penalty, etc. The bathroom could use better ventilation. The living room is great. all in all, we had a good time

Nous avons presque tout visité à pied car cet appartement est assez proche de la plupart des lieux à voir Il y a une petite supérette à côté, un poissonnier, un boucher et un boulanger ce qui est pratique lorsque l'on vient en avion Cependant quelques bémols : appartement pas très bien insonorise, pas très loin d'un bar, escalier très raide et la chambre qui donne sur le salon se ferme avec une porte vitrée coulissante Mais nous avons néanmoins passé un super séjour à Lisboa

Great space, great location so great value.

We loved this bright apartment that overlooks the park. There's loads of space, Laura the manager is very helpful, in general everything works and the beds are comfortable. Turning the shower off is quite tricky and there was a bit of a drain smell in the bathroom (which seems common in Lisbon). You can hear your neighbors walking around upstairs (unless they remember to take off their shoes), but that's expected in older buildings with wooden floors. These are minor gripes. The space and the location more than make up for minor inconveniences so it's easy and a pleasure to recommend this apartment. You can easily walk downhill from here to the busier areas and then get a bus back up to the Jardim de Principe. From there it's a short walk through the park and more downhill to the apartment. The small supermarket is a step away so very handy. We loved this place.

Appartement en centre ville très bien équipé. Accueil très sympathique et propriétaire arrangeant. Attention toutefois, 2 ème étage sans ascenseur et les escaliers sont raides. A noter également, pas de clim, pas de métro à proximité et parking payant dans tout le quartier.

C'ÉTAIT TROP COURT ....

Très agréable séjour à Lisbonne malgré le temps ! et oui il pleut aussi au Portugal ... L'appartement est très bien situé, les différents quartiers sont accessibles à pied en un minimum de temps. Il est entouré de petits commerces et de restaurants très sympas. L'environnement est calme et reposant ne serait-ce que du fait de sa vue sur la Praça das Flores. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Il est très agréable à vivre et très bien équipé. Merci beaucoup à Laura pour son très agréable accueil et pour ses conseils avisés. Nous recommandons vivement ce bien.
