Great place to stay!

Staff was very kind and helpful in restaurant suggestions or places to go. Rooms we all very nice and clean. Breakfast for those who ate it was wonderful. Great location. Really enjoyed staying there.

Front desk staff were very nice. We only stayed one night for catching flight next day. The hot water system was broken that evening but they worked very hard through the night and fixed it. The location of this hotel is great. It’s two blocks away from Praca do Comércio.

A small but stylish hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. A small but adequate restaurant. A great location just 100 yards from the Praca do Comercio However, this is the only hotel I've stayed in anywhere in the world where there was a charge to replenish the coffee pods

Great location

We were in 303 room was clean but carpet was dirty had spots all over it. Needs new carpet or carpet cleaned. Also elevator was not working so had to use service elevator Staff was once again lovely and so accommodating.

My recent stay at the Golden Lisbon Hotel was fantastic! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to Commerce Square and the river. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is modern and clean, and my room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. I particularly enjoyed the powerful shower and friendly welcome at reception. The staff were always helpful, attentive. I would highly recommend the Golden Lisbon Hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon!

I only had one night in Lisbon, so I picked a hotel central to the city. The location was fantastic - a few blocks from the main plaza and central to many of the historic neighborhoods. It was just me staying, so I opted for the Superior Single Room, which was perfect. The room was clean and the shower pressure was strong. I arrived around 2pm, and the front desk watched my bags until check in at 3pm. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect location for us

Great location and ease of access to walk around town. Good size shower (Americans will appreciate that). Our only complaint or confusion would be the very nice bar they have and are only open until 3:30PM, very odd. Needless to say we never had a late night cocktail upon returning at night (we would have liked to). Air conditioning was great and noise level was pretty low, but if you go to bed early you may hear just a bit. We did not have any breakfast so are unsure on that. Overall great experience.

Great location and astonishingly quiet thanks to very good soundproofing. Could use more outlets and there was a tendency for the key cards to need to be reprogrammed. Highly recommended.

The hotel is well located for getting to many of the sightseeing venues in Lisbon. I took the Metro from the airport and I walked to the cruise port from the hotel. Very convenient. The staff were friendly and they allowed me to check in early as my room was ready. Although the room was not huge, it was quite comfortable for one person (I had a single room). The bathroom was also a decent size.

First trip to Lisbon

The staff was so welcoming and pleasant that we immediately felt at home, even though we were exhausted from the flight. At reception, they got us checked in 3 hours early. Another time, a staff member helped with bus reservations when I couldn't navigate the online site. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom clean, and the breakfast was elegant and delicious. A wonderful start to our holiday in Portugal!
