This is a very nice apartment. While the location is somewhat far from the major tourist areas, this contributes to a less touristy neighborhood, yet it is still conveniently close to shops and restaurants. Additionally, the bus stop is nearby, although it’s easier to manage the transit card at subway stations in Lisbon. The only issue I encountered was that one of the air-conditioning remotes was a low-battery; however, since one remote works for both air conditioners, it was not a significant problem.

Nice, spacious apartment for 2 poeple located in a pleasant area with bus stops front of the door, nice cafes and small grocery store a few steps away. Ideal location to discover Lisbon for a few days. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Communication with Filipa was very good and helpful. the shower drain

The flat was very clean, new and friendly. We appreciated the spacious facilities to store the clothes and our other belongings. The appartment is located very central. We would like to have more glasses, plates and cutlery, so that you really can fill the dishwasher.

Close to transit, but a bit noisy

In a safe neighborhood, and close to transit, but too far to walk to most sights. There is no central heating/cooling, though portable heaters and fan are provided. It's a busy area with a lot of noise at night. Walls are thin. Bring earplugs!

Great apartment when visiting with baby

Location is perfect for tourists with baby/toddler and the guidebook was very helpful. The apartment is like in the pictures and welcoming. Filipa is quick in responding and the communication was easy. Cleanliness: floors seemed clean, but socks were quite dirty after walking in the apartment. Mops seemed to have been used before and hence didn't really help in cleaning. The doors inside the apartment were not clean either, maybe they could use a quick wash. Kitchen wear: coating of all pans is scratched thus we couldn't use it. Misc: clothespin missing, I thought they would be brought over within our stay. As I had to do laundry, I bought some, they are now in the red basket hanging on the ironing board.

This was an excellent apartment with everything we needed to be comfortable, eat in if we wanted. it was easy to explore the city with a bus stop outside, tram and metro close by. Cafes and restuarants in the street. Laundry close by. We would stay again

Great flat needs some TLC

The flat was in a great neighborhood. Check in was easy (though one message stated that someone was meeting us and a different message instructed us to us the app to access... we figured it out). This is a cute apartment with everything you need. It is showing some signs of wear, like chipped dishes and peeling paint. It was clean but could use a deep clean.

Nette Wohnung mitten in Lissabon

Relativ große, helle Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Für einen Städtetrip empfehlenswert. Leider ist die Straße sehr laut, aber das gilt für ganz Lissabon. Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Das Türöffnen per App klappt super und macht den Check in sehr einfach. Der Balkon braucht definitiv ein /zwei Sitzgelegenheiten, ein zusätzlicher Windschutz wäre sehr vorteilhaft.

Bestlage zur Besichtigung von LIssabon

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, um Lissabon zu besuchen. Man kann von der Wohnung aus direkt zu Fuß fast alles erreichen. Zusätzlich ist 20 Meter von der Wohnung eine Haltestelle für 3 Buslinien. Das 24h Bustickeet kostet nur 6,20.-€ und ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und wurde uns sauber übergeben. Leider liegt der große Küche/Ess,Wohnraum zum Hinterhof hin, er ist sonnig und ruhig. Das Schlafzimmer liegt nach vorne zur Straß, so dass man praktisch nicht schlafen kann. Der Lärm geht die gesamte Nacht bis 5 Uhr morgens. Dann ist ca. 2 Stunden Ruhe. Die Rue san Bento ist eine wichtige Verbindungsstraße, so dass hier Tag und Nacht Verkehr ist. An so eine ständige Geräusch Quelle kann man sich definitiv nicht gewöhnen, man kann sie für einen Kurztrip ertragen. Großer Vorteil der Wohnung ist das Parkhaus direkt daneben, in dem mein seinen MIetwagen für 15.-€/24 Stunden mit der Telpark App parken kann. Bittte unbedingt vorher die App herunterladen. Ohne den Lärm wäre die Wohnung perfekt.

L'appartement est bien représenté par les photos de l'annonce. L'arrivée autonome a eu quelques ratés ( peut-être dus à notre manque d'expérience). Situé à 500 m du métro ( Rato), un bus pour Belem au pied de l'immeuble, tramway 28 à 800m.... Nous regrettons une installation électrique trop faible qui oblige à choisir le chauffage ou la cuisine( le disjoncteur saute si un seul radiateur à huile fonctionne avec le sèche-cheveux....). Isolation thermique et phonique vraiment insuffisante ( même avec les volets fermés).

Great accommodation. Very spacious, bright and airy. Fantastic location, away from the very touristy centre but close enough to walk in without issue. Loads of bars, cafes, restaurants, and small supermarkets nearby. Near a metro station, and bus stop outside. 10 minute walk to Santos rail station. Manager was helpful and available to answer any questions. Good value given the size of the apartment and the facilities on offer. I visited towards the end of September. One suggestion for improvement - personally, I say replace the dishwasher with a washing machine for clothes!

Well equipped apartment close to everything

The apartment is well equipped, especially the kitchen has everything one needs for a stay of a few days or a week. The living area is spacious, bright and comfortably furnished. I like the location, with Rato, Jardim Botanico, Príncipe Real and Bairro Alto all in walking distance. The lighting in the staircase needs to be looked at. The light often switches offf after just a few seconds. I already fell once on the stairs when light went off while I was half-way down the stairs. A tea-pot would be nice!

Apartamento fiel à foto e descrição. Tem tudo que é necessário, espaçoso e com muita luz, muito limpo. Bom check in. É só pena que no quarto, que dá para a rua de São Bento, seja muito barulhento, talvez possam melhorar as portas/ janelas. Do outro lado é sossegado. Tivemos uma boa estadia e voltaremos. Obrigada.
