Basic, straight forward accomodation. Location is good - subway around the block. little noise through the night but managable. airport is close - perfect for early departure without lots of traffic

This place was more like an Airbnb, a room (6 total) in an apartment on the 4th floor of an ordinary building in a middle class neighborhood away from the tourist bustle. We found some great food and stores nearby, right on the metro line. The room itself is pretty basic. And if you book contact them ahead so you can be let in as there’s no reception or onsite staff. The park across the street is lovely but also kinda loud at night and there’s traffic going by at all hours. It was good fit for us for one night with a flight out in the morning. No aircon so summer would likely be brutal.

Great place with a beautiful Park view from a small balcony, very bright apartment. Excellent Wi-Fi. Very friendly owner, always in touch and ready to solve all issues. Excellent transport communications, metro near the entrance to the apartment. I recommend!

Stayed at the guest house for about 2 weeks. I have no complaints. It was very clean and quite. The property manager was there each day to clean. Even asked if there was anything he could do or if I needed anything to accommodate the stay. He also Spoke very good English which helped out. I may end up rebooking on my way back thru Portugal. It was a pleasure. Much Thanks!

Were charged for an extra person on site even though we paid only for a triple room. Manager would only accept cash. Found a toe nail in the bed. Received texts from the manager after 10pm.

Bien situé, propre et pas cher

Devant l'immeuble il y a une petite pancarte qui demande de sonner au 3ieme gauche (pas facile à voir dans la nuit!). Le gars ne décroche pas son téléphone (et n'a pas whatsapp). On entend le bruit des portes claquer de l'étage... le reste est ok (douches propres et dispo, matelas ok, insonorisé de l'extérieur). Pas de linge/serviette.
