Very nice area, about 20-25 min walk to downtown but very great staff, we lost our watch and figured out on our tour and the staff informed us promptly and kept it safe for us.The room is clean with tv, fridge and kettle -nothing over the top. Tons of food and beverage options around the area -especially pastry shops. There's also supermarkets, convenient stores and dollar store nearby for those wanting last minute items. Great breakfast (although we did not have it with our reservation just looked good).

Originally, we were checked in into two rooms with out of order air conditioners. We were not informed of this and were expected to spend two nights in these rooms. When I protested because this was unacceptable the front desk clerk responded this was common in Lisboa and we could open the windows and that there was nothing he could do. After sometime claiming we should have been informed of the out of order air conditioners in our two rooms, the front desk person offered one room with a functioning ac with the condition we had to move back to the room without ac the next day. I asked to speak to a manager and was informed there was non on duty at 7 pm on the evening, that we needed to wait until the morning to speak to one. The next morning, Carlos (manager) was very apologetic about the situation. He reassigned both rooms to better ones with functioning ac. This made the second night much better. Must mention the breakfast buffett was excellent with great selection and good food. The coffee was great!

Booked on Expedia and it autopopulated to my mom’s name instead of my own. I called within 1 minute and requested to change the booking name to my name, which was associated with my Expedia email / credit card on file. Expedia said they were reaching out to hotel, who apparently refused to let me change the name. They said I couldn’t check in unless the name on file was present. (My mom was not on the trip) and wouldn’t refund me or let me modify, so I lost over $100.

Staff were really good apart from the last day. We had ask for take away box breakfast, one being a veggie box but we ended up with 3 breakfast and no veggie breakfast, so we were a breakfast short.

Overall I can’t find anything to complain about. But most importantly, the staff made sure we had a great time. Story time :)… On our first day, the elevator broke for a few hrs and Carlos helped us take our luggage up the stairs 4 WHOLE FLOORS, even when I insisted we didn’t need the help. That first impression was great and the service remained consistently high the rest of our stay. 10/10

This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and breakfast option was tasty and also very convenient as we had early excursions and breakfast opened at 7am. They let us check in early as we notified in advance, if not they provide luggage storage. Area is safe, it’s a 2 minute walk to the metro station which will get you to the main city centre in 10-15 minutes. Room was quiet and cleaned daily. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable stay in Lisbon.

Updated and a good vibe But the bed was not comfortable at all The person in the room above me walked and pounded in the floor late at night and early in the morning very loud and prevented me from getting a good nights sleep. The metro line was also loud and a nuisance until 1:30 AM and then staring up at 5-5:30 am

Stunning hotel. The design of it is so lovely, the staff were super friendly and attentive! Made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is a stones throw from a metro station and it was only a short journey down to the coast of Lisbon. Would recommend to anyone!

A equipe do hotel foi muito atenciosa conosco, nos deram um quarto maior, considerando que tínhamos uma bebê, e até colocaram um berço para ela. O café da manhã também era muito bom. O local era muito limpo e bem localizado, o que facilitou o nosso deslocamento pela cidade. Recomendamos com toda certeza a estadia.
