This is one of the nicest, well run boutique hotels we’ve stayed in. Not only is the design aesthetic beautiful and location perfect, but the service was outstanding and they thought of absolutely everything.
Incredible experience in total. Very grateful for the sweet staff and their intentional connection and planning prior to arrival and through our stay. Loved restaurant Corleone!
Beautiful setting, wonderful memories!
This was my favorite stay of my vacation. The location was unreal and the restaurant on the property was incredible! Such a cute spot. Would definitely stay here again
We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and quaint. It is located right in the heart of Cascais and is adjacent to the ocean on both sides of the hotel. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant (which is operated separately) was excellent.
This property is beautiful and right on the water! There are unlimited places to see, shop and eat withing easy walking distance. The Continental breakfast in the hotel was outstanding.
Wonderful from start to finish. The room was beautiful. The staff was incredibly kind. We were able to park and they brought all our luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast was a delight as was dinner. Just everything we hoped for a short break with great views and a great location.
We had an incredible experience at Hotel Villa Cascais, a charming boutique-style hotel right on the water. The ocean views are absolutely breathtaking! The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The service was top-notch; the staff assisted us with parking and luggage, making everything so easy.
The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the heart of the pedestrian-friendly area with plenty of restaurants, shops, and breakfast options within a short walk. On our last morning, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast, included with our stay, in a beautiful dining room. It was great to have fresh eggs and fruit before heading back out on the road. Overall, a perfect stay with all the comforts you could ask for.
This hotel's location cannot be faulted, although there can be noise in the evenings. Staff communication pre-visit was excellent and reception was very helpful with any queries. Our room was comfortable, with a definite maritime theme, but the low-level lighting &dark paint meant the bedroom was a bit gloomy in the evenings. In fantastic weather you don't need an indoor space to retreat to, but had it been wet there wasn't really anywhere to sit as the downstairs 'lounge/meeting/ luggage' room was always locked or in use.
The breakfast terrace is lovely but we were underwhelmed by the restaurant on our first evening and chose to eat elsewhere after that.
Overall, an efficient and generally very good hotel but a rather pricey one; I guess you pay a premium for the stunning views.
This is a stylish and comfortable boutique hotel in the most lovely setting in Cascais, The rooms are very well equipped - our room was at the front of the hotel and we opened the windows each morning to the view of a wide promenade and beyond it, a small sandy beach. A real find!
We booked room 360 (basically the entire top floor), and it was amazing! There was a bottle of wine and fruit waiting for us upon our arrival. Huge bathtub, lovely rain shower, 3 balconies, beautiful views of the Citadel and beaches. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend for a romantic getaway!
Beautiful room and service from Regina on front desk was lovely. Food in restaurant delish although pricey and not ideal having it run as a separate business to hotel. Shame that terrace wasn’t fully open for hotel guests when restaurant was in service, especially when hotel has very limited other facilities and areas to chill. Also didn’t know Iron Man was descending which was tricky due to marquees erected for admin right in front of the hotel. However, this was certainly a beautiful place to stay.
Quaint boutique hotel at the sea. Rooms are clean and decorated nicely. Bathrooms are roomy and shower is excellent. Bed is quite comfortable. I had a king as a solo traveler. View from second floor is nice, partial ocean view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good. A lot of choices, including hot made to order. I just had the fruit & breads but that’s enough. Very fresh. Walking distance to all of the tourist interests. Internet is included and and good for emails & even a video conference I had for work. I would stay again.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
When we arrived thr room was full of flies which was quite annoying. The room looked clean and had very nice interior. The hotel is very cosy and had a very central and nice location.
Our toilet did not work to flush. They said they would fix it but nothing happened. Poopy toilet is not very nice, but at least they were good at cleaning it often.
Our room was very noisy at night. Makes sense because the building is old and in a very central location, but still very annoying. There was also a large gap under our room door which made noise from the restaurant and hallway a lot worse than it could have been.
Overall our stay was OK.
