“Great location! Perfect for a weekend getaway!”

“Was a perfect place for me and my husband to stay we went to go see a concert near the hard rock. It was 17 minutes away. It was perfect.”

“Communication was great. Parking was easy, the area was nice. Room was simple, clean but had a musty wet basement smell….. the smell lingered into our clothing. They need to install a humidifier or something similar to take the moisture out of the room. They had a air wick plug in hanging from random cord from the wall which was not only a fire hazard but it didn’t really help to cover up the smell. ”

“We came to Tampa for 2 days and this was a great place to stay with the family. The place is clean and fresh and the pool was crystal clear. Ryan, the owner, was very easy to reach and was very accommodating. The pool table and giant projector screen made it extra fun!”

“Great place and setup well. The only thing to note on the check in is the entrance is in the very back of the building not to be confused with the door in the back center but in the northwest corner, up the stairs. Host were very responsive and kind!”

“Please disregard any poor reviews regarding the location of this house. We sat out on the porch every night and never felt unease. Being from the East Bay Area in Norcal, we know when a area is bad. This isnt it. It is the perfect location for walking to 7th Ave which we did every night. The house was perfect for our needs. We did not cook other than breakfast as preferred to eat out at the many wonderful options. Our Columbia dinner was special. Just a couple streets over was the easy route up……

“The host was SUPER nice and accessible; every question/'Contact Host' was answered quickly, usually less than a few minutes. The house was super clean and well decorated. There were ample dishes and towels, and everything you'd need. Some pros:- Clean, well decorated, secure, easily accessible, fast Wi-Fi.- The living room couch was quite comfortable- Welcome gift/snack was provided and a nice touchThings to note:- There is an attached apartment on the south side; you wouldn't know they were……
