“When I decide to visit Curaçao again the Kontiki will be seeing me, I loved it!”

“The hotel hosted a wedding during our week stay without notifying guest until arrival. The infinity pool, beach club, and restaurant was all closed during our stay during this event. On two different nights music was so loud it echoed our room until 2:30am. Staff did nothing to help make our stay better after multiple attempts to speak with managers. Paid thousands of dollars for a terrible hotel experience. Thankfully the island itself is beautiful and we spent our days exploring it. ”

“BEST PLACE WE'VE EVER STAYED!! Loeki was the most incredible hostess at this beautiful bed and breakfast. She thinks of every 5 star detail from mint water in the refrigerator to making the most delicious breakfasts including cappuccinos or hot herbal teas, fruit smoothies, delicious pancakes, french toast, omelettes, fresh delicious fruit breads, yogurt bowls with granola, and fresh fruit. Every breakfast was not only healthy abut also most generous in portion size. We skipped eating lunch……

“The Dolphin suites have great location with acces to Mambo beach, the Aquarium, restaurants and shopping. The suites are spacious and clean. Breakfast options were good. ”

“The staff at this property was the BEST I have ever experienced. The property was horrific. I saw multiple roaches in my room. I went and told the manager and the upgraded me to an ocean view on the beach room were the door had a large crack in it and I was bitten by mosquitoes all night long. I attempted to contact Hyatt's corporate office which they didn't take down my number or email and we hot disconnected. When I called back they said I never called in to that number.
