An extensively-furnished, warm and comfortable designed for families who are relocating to Frisco, Plano, Little Elm or who need month-to-month housing for an insurance claim, during house renovation or are "in-between" house sale/purchase. Staying in a house for your temporary accommodation provides more space and security than a corporate apartment or extended stay hotel.

Fully-provisioned kitchen with SS appliances, breakfast area, and office nook opens to living area with high ceiling. Formal Dining, Study and Master are also on the first floor.

Master boasts a jetted tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet. Game room and three other bedrooms upstairs.

Big backyard with covered patio. Intercom system and radio throughout the home. Touchscreen programmable thermostat. Convenient access to community pool, park, playground, and pond.

The rich countertop provides ample space for cooking with 3 counter tables, island and the breakfast nook table with 4 chairs; convenient for eating and working.

The open-high ceiling living room has 65-in smart Samsung TV with, a gas burning fireplace, ideal for family discussion or watching the latest shows.

The office room has a printer, executive desk, the executive chair provides a beautiful atmosphere to work.

The formal dining room has 6 chairs to eat family meals/dinner together. The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, night tables attached with the phone charger.

The en suite master bathroom provides a jetted tub, separate shower and walk-in closet provides plenty of storage space.

The guest bedroom has a comfy queen bed, closet and 2 nightstands with its attached bathroom & full-length tub.

The 3rd and 4th room has full-sized beds, nightstand and large closet sharing the 3rd bathroom with full-length tub.

The Game room has a 47-in HD TV, The sofa can be effortlessly converted to a queen bed. 1/2 bath located downstairs along with a large coat closet room.

Printer, high-speed Internet (WiFi) and HD TV service along with DVR, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, AT&T Uverse family package are all included.

The large backyard with cedar fence & boasts a covered patio with a table and sofa to enjoy the Texas evenings. Clothes washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

The 2 car garage is attached to the house. Additional free parking is available on the street. With easy access to the North Dallas Tollway, Dallas attractions like Dallas World Aquarium, Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas Farmers Market, Dallas Zoo, etc. are within 35~40 minutes drive.

Great home and location.

The house was very nice and fairly close to the family we were visiting. A few issues with the wifi were quickly corrected by Aditya. We would definitely rent this property again.

Truly at home!

Our stay at Adityas place was wonderful! It did not take long to feel at home during our 6 week stay. Well equipped and nicely furnished, this place was very clean and had everything you need to feel comfortable. Short drive to supermarket, restaurants and Dallas Tollway. Nice and friendly neighborhood and neighbors too! Aditya checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything and were settling in. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was the cleanest & freshest smelling VRBO I've stayed in. The host was very accommodating & considerate. The home is spacious, had everything we needed including a crib, and was very comfortable. Location is very convenient & if we need to return to the area I'll definitely try to rebook this property!

All the comfort of home in Little Elm!

This is a terrific property, clean, comfortable, expansive, easily accessible and just like home. The property owner (Aditya) is very accommodating, provides excellent communication and makes the process and your stay easy. Everything is there, pots, pans and so on, new appliances, huge TV with many viewing options, gas fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths and a beautiful master suite. Yes, there's an iron and a garment steamer, laundry room with all supplies needed. Bathroom and cleaning amenities, we lacked for nothing. Thank you Aditya for sharing your wonderful property and being so accommodating, made our stay for a family wedding and visit very relaxing and enjoyable. Looking forward to another future stay !!!

Great house and location

Five of us stayed four nights for a baby shower. Perfect place for us. Everything we needed us to have meals when we cooked. House was very clean and and very well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, in great location!

The house was very clean! Upstairs rooms weren’t super large but the master was very spacious and the bonus room upstairs was nice to have. Overall it was the cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Only call out - could use a Keruig!!

Convenient Location

Great home we stayed and property owner communicated clearly with us. The dishwasher did not work during our stay but not a deal breaker for us, let owner know and said he would send someone after our stay to not interrupt us, we stayed during Thanksgiving so getting a repair person during that time would have been difficult at best! Everything else was very nice and the beds and home was very comfortable! Would stay again!

Great place to stay!!!

We have stayed at this property for 4 days and felt very comfortable like Home. 2 Minute drive from restaurants, groceries . Comfortable bedding and well equipped kitchen and great family room with a nice TV with streaming services. Kids enjoyed the back yard very much. Aditya is a great host and i would recommend this place to all for their stays.
