I do not, cannot recommend this property/hotel to anybody. I am not sure it is a hotel as such. It is groups of rooms managed by single individuals that you deal with on a web site the Chinese WeChat, or What Apps during your stay. Very impersonal and unfriendly. A security deposit is required by a very unprofessional individual that is the essence of being unprofessional actually overbearing and threatening. Good luck if you choose this location, it is far from the description provided by Expedia. Yes somewhat clean. Staff? What staff? Family friendly? Absolutely nothing connected to such friendliness. Pools, Yes 2 perhaps 3. Nice pools.without question.

M World is near the train station and One Utama Shopping Center. It's a 10 minutes walk to One U but there is shelter all the way. Lots of parking at the premium section. Try to check in before driving car to the car park because the room card activates the car park barrier.
