While the warm welcome cookie is always a nice touch, the true highlight of our stay was the exceptional customer service, particularly from a staff member named Jordan. We had an unexpected and very late flight change, which presented a real problem for us regarding checkout. Jordan handled our situation with incredible grace and professionalism. Understanding our dilemma, he went above and beyond to arrange a much-needed late checkout for us. This simple act of kindness and flexibility relieved so much stress and allowed us to relax and prepare properly for our extended travel day. Jordan's helpfulness truly turned a potentially frustrating situation into a pleasant and manageable one. It’s employees like him who make a hotel stand out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming, but the service we received, especially from Jordan, is why we will definitely be choosing the DoubleTree again.
