「Lovely stay at St.Moritz! A lot bigger than we realised but very nice. Lovely clean room & excellent bathroom. Everything we needed. Lovely fresh milk, quality biscuits and water in the fridge. It is called a cosy room but it was a lovely, well laid out room and the bathroom & shower was a good size. Lovely quality bedding, pillows etc. We loved the swimming pool, showers and changing rooms - great. The outside jacuzzi which you swim out through the pool doors to get too. We could have stayed...
「We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations.
No pool/spa/gym/food.
Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it.
2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place.
Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs.

「A lovely weekend stay at the Atlantic - fab location for Fistral beach and Newquay town. Free parking is a big bonus. Very clean room and balcony view was great. Staff were super friendly and breakfast selection was excellent. Property is a little dated but so well kept - only negative was that the balcony could have benefitted from a wipe down. Would definitely stay again!」
「Absolutely loved staying here, from start to finish. I have severe anxiety and prefer booking hotels that are part of a chain, as I have a better idea of what to expect. So for me, booking here was a big risk in my eyes.
So glad I did. Staff were welcoming, big smiles, polite, took the time to explain everything about how the pool worked, breakfast and checkout times and made me feel totally at ease. So much so, I actually asked to extend my stay by a day which was absolutely no problem.

「Advertised there was a pool as the first amenity- the indoor pool finally opened halfway through the stay but took another few days to heat up and all feels very unfinished. The outdoor pool isn’t coming until 2027!! They were still laying turf with builders all over and no loungers available for entirety of my stay. Hotel is far from finished yet
Great views from the fourth floor room with terrace (but lift isn’t installed yet, so lots of stairs to climb!).
