“This is the second time we have stayed at the Grand Dunes. We were there one year ago, liked the property and returned this year. It had an old time style from the lobby to the rooms.
This year we found the room to be quite neglected. The items we noted were as follows:
The shower door would not close and had about a 6" gap.
The iron had the pointed end broken completely off.
The TV cabinet doors were hanging by only one hinge so it could not be closed.

“It said breakfast was included when I booked the trip but later found out that’s there are additional charges.
There is also extra fees for resort fees and parking which is in convenient and not mentioned beforehand.
They gave a coupon for a welcome drink, the bartender had little to no interest and was very rude after we showed the coupon.
DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! WORST 4 star resort! Holiday inn is better, at least has no hidden charges and serve breakfast.”
