「Very quiet stay, the three staff I talked to during my stay were very friendly and hospitable. Check in is all digital we received a email with check in and check out instructions. Room was clean, we didnt check the bar and restaurant as it was closed for the 3 days we stayed. Parking was nice and easy. Close beach access and 5 minutes from the lighthouse, park and pier. 」

The owners were very responsive and provided clear directions on everything, which made settling in a breeze. The location is great - easy access to beaches, restaurants, and ice cream spots! The pool was gorgeous and perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend for a family getaway!」

「First time visiting St. Simons and it was a trip to remember. Dave was the most amazing host. He communicated any and everything we may need before we even arrived. We had a small problem come up on the property and Dave sent maintenance to assist in a matter of 2 minutes, it was great! His hospitality is exceptional. I look forward to visiting St. Simons again and staying at Dave’s property. 」

「Would I stay here again? YESThis is a comfortable condo on the 2nd floor, and the pictures on VRBO are accurate. The owner was very helpful when couldn't find the entry codes. This is an issue with VRBO not the property. FYI, VRBO likes to use the app, but finding the room code is buried inside of several clicks. We never did find the gate code. Thankfully, the owner was able to provide us with the info and we had a great stay. 」
