Was a good stay for price.

Had a few cleanliness issues. We stayed for about a month and the dryer only worked for maybe a week of that. Sink fell apart in my hand. They did reimburse us for a laundry mat and had great customer service. Neighbors are loud and rude and smoke heavily. Although they did offer a lot of kid friendly items, It’s upstairs so its not the most kid positive place due to children wanting to stomp and simply be kids. I believe theyre on the right track but should tweak a few things. Like no smoking inside and a different cleaning company. Overall was a good stay quite neighborhood.
