「We had a lot of communication with the host before and after arrival.
The Haus was lovely, quaint and just what we needed to get away from the usual chain hotels.
The Haus was clean and very comfortable and had a good range of amenities.
The view at sunset was great and we enjoyed sitting on the veranda.
We did not use the kitchen facilities, although they appeared more the adequate.
All in all this is a lovely hideaway and well worth a visit if you are driving the Blue Ridge Parkway.」

「A cozy cabin in a beautiful area. It was clean, comfortable, and suited our family well. I was glad to be able to use the kitchen that was nicely stocked with the basics, including stainless steel pots and utensils (we try to avoid plastic and Teflon), so that was a pleasant surprise!
