  • You will love spending time at this lovely home located on Little Torch Key, with Sunrise view, large property with boat basin for easy access to the Gulf or Atlantic. Located on Pine Channel, this home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with an open living area and kitchen. It has a large porch overlooking the water to enjoy your morning coffee, or an afternoon read. Located at mile marker 28, just a short ride to Key West (about 30-34 min) or to Marathon about 20 minutes.

We book houses in the keys two or three times per year. This house was a pleasant surprise. The property, yard and water access was amazing. The house it’s self was much larger than the typical manufactured homes.

This property is a gem! Better than the pictures. Well equipped kitchen. Although, with Kiki's down the street and Rooster's just South on US1 there is no need for cooking, just snack foods and drinks. The place is much bigger than the pictures depict. Quiet neighborhood. Breath taking views. Easy check in/out. Easy communication with host. We will definitely come back.

The house was everything it claimed to be. They don't allow cats, but said they allow dogs. The only suggestion I would make is that they could invest in a better coffee maker. Next door to the property is a boat dock and rental business- so at times it can get a little loud. But other than that, the property was very nice, and I would recommend it.

Positive: large house, dock area on the water, good Keys location, functional. Negative: garbage around the property, not nearly as clean inside as should have been, old stained couches, the most minimal extra consumables possible. For what we paid, it was quite disappointing. Total lack of cohesive look & feel.

We really enjoyed our short stay in your cute cottage style home. Great views of the water and comfortable, pretty decor. What a nice surprise Kiki Sand Bar restaurant was! Overall very nice, relaxing couple of days.

Fishing in the keys

We had an amazing time at this beautiful house. The boys fished the entire week we were here and Kikki's is within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
