「Great location and interesting layout in this historic house. It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. Dmitri was super communicative and was kind enough to let us know we left a pair of shoes there after we departed. Since we were still in the area, he left them on the porch for us to retrieve, which...

「We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Not only is the home beautiful and cozy, but the attention to detail is beyond any expectations. The entire process was smooth as could be and the property was an excellent base for our visit to the area. Everything was considered - more amenities than you would imagine and also completely top notch. Excellent views, comfortable beds, luxurious towels, fully appointed kitchen, etc. We felt so lucky to be there.」

「We had a great stay at this place. The house is modern with a well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. There’s a terrific back deck that was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and relaxing outside in the evenings. Location is good - a short walk to the Old Port but in a nice, more residential neighborhood with plenty of its own good restaurants. It’s also convenient to a lot of great running trails. We’d definitely stay here again. 」

「Memorial Day Weekend, came from Upstate NY to see friends and family. Dont stray too far. Everything you need is with 15 minutes. Must do's Hawkes Lobster and Holbrook's Wharf! House was nice and walking out on dock high and low tide to some of is that have never experienced it is amazing. Much redoect to the men and women that keep the wharf going!」

「We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property for a couple's getaway. The home was beautiful and had everything we would need. The only drawback was the street noise. I'd recommend bringing a white noise machine for sleeping.」

「We are 3 friends that have known each other for most of our lives and decided to go away for our 60th birthday year! Portland didn't disappoint. This house was exactly what we needed after exploring the area all day. All the comforts of home. A quick drive to Portland and many other areas. Was nice to come back to a place where we could relax after a long day. Good communication and easy to get to. Would 10/10 stay here again.」
