"The home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that is within 5 to 10 minutes of essential businesses like supermarkets, gas stations, and restaurants, and relatively close to freeways. Adults will want to stay on the main floor, and the basement is better suited for teens and older children. It is not fancy, but it is clean and comfortable, as well as more affordable to other rentals in the area. "
