Views did not disappoint

Went to the Perch for a girls weekend. Place was spotless and very comfortable. Outside areas were amazing. We enjoyed it all!

The perks of the Perch

Our family and friends had such an amazing weekend at the property. We got to explore the lake, swim in the water and enjoy the beautiful views the porch and patio had to offer. The way the sun beams through the windows in the morning is enough to make you want to stay forever. The property managers were incredible to work with and the home was immaculate. We certainly had a 5 star experience and look forward to visiting again!

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The house was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The upper deck is absolutely amazing. I just wanted to hang out there all the time. The dock was great for the boat and jet ski we rented. Communication with the owner sand management company was great. I would highly recommend for a relaxing get away.

What a great place to stay

The pictures don’t do this place justice at all. It was absolutely beautiful and amazing. My son and I did a father son get away before he leaves for boot camp. We fished for 2 days. Had a bonfire, grilled out and had an amazing time that we will talk about for a very long time. I plan on doing a a trip here again with my wife.

Great Rental

Everything was wonderful. One item I wanted to point out, the ladder from the dock into thecwater was very loose. It looks like it has been hit by a ski jet or boat. Could be a possible safety hazard in the future
