"Location is good, next to the Wangfujing walking street. Taxi pick up and drop off area is big making it convenient to load/unload luggage bags. Room is clean and well maintained. The only complaint is the hair dryer, it took a long time to dry long hair"

"Property close to metro , location was great for One of the main shopping streets in Beijing. Room clean , what I expected , breakfast was ok - hotel like a lot of stuff in China , cater for home market over foreign travellers. Staff good , didn’t have much interaction, got a late check out for half room rate , which was ok as had a very late flight . Overall , position of hotel excellent , for everything as near to Metro , food and shopping options"

"Excellent hotel for families with young kids. It's not high-end or fancy but it's clean, convenient with good service. We stayed in a deluxe family room with a king-size bed and a full-size sofa bed, perfect for a family of 4. The room is a corner room and has floor to ceiling glass windows on two sides with a great city view. The hotel has a Chinese crafts and gift shop that also offers daily crafts lessons. My kids enjoyed making things there after coming back from sightseeing: coloring kites, making brooches, etc. That was some quality no-screen time. Love the breakfast buffet, which has Chinese and Western options. Walking distance to Wangfujing and many restaurants at all price ranges. The hotel staff is very helpful. e.g. they helped us book a private car to go to the Great Wall, and even gave us two umbrellas as we were getting in the car because there was rain in the forecast. I ended up using the umbrellas as trekking poles, haha! The gym and pool are nice. The hotel has a self-service laundry room where you can relax on the couch. Very happy with the stay!"

"Such a beautiful hotel. Very clean and very convenient. Easy to walk to The Forbidden City. A fun mall is just across the street. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had with everything you could imagine. Including shrimp and crab. It's very quiet. Very comfortable and the lobby is gorgeous. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend."

"The Good: Excellent location connected to a small mall and across from a large one. The rooms were very clean, breakfast had good options, and the staff was incredibly helpful—even offering room upgrades and a portable cooler.The Bad: The AC is a major problem hotel-wide. The temperature will not drop below 24°C, making the rooms feel very hot. Hilton needs to upgrade these units."

"I wish the priperty had the laundry facilities as listed in Expedia. They have laundry services, which they send it out. The price item was very steep. It is very hard to find a laundromat nearby."
