I highly recommend of this hotel as a perfect services under a small operation staffs but the staffs are perfectly served by the heart to the guests. Services including all room services at any time, free laundry, receiving delivery with a warm smile.

We have nothing to complain only compliments 👍👍👍 Breakfast is great and hotel is so peaceful. The young boy Siu-L makes us feel so welcoming. Definitely one of the best hotel we stayed for a long time.

Everything is great, except the front desk staff working quite slow, it's all the time their problem, also the restaurant is not up to expectations

Everything is perfect, except the location has a bit distance to the shopping place and no swimming pool.

The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. Whether it was for local recommendations on food, booking a tour, drying clothes or preparing a snack. They were all super helpful. The location is right in the middle of a busy hutong and very confident.

Good location, staff friendly, but limited English in some situation. Overall great hotel

All is good, particularly location. Excellent
